Returns Policy - Online and Mail Order Purchases

We hope you will love your Mango Tree purchase, but if you find it unsuitable or you’re not entirely satisfied, please notify us within seven days by telephone of your intention to return the product(s). We ask that you return products to us unused, in their original packaging with any tamper seals intact. You will be entitled to a refund or replacement if returned products reach us within 28 days. Please ensure that returns are packed and labelled carefully so that they are not lost or damaged in transit.
Heavy goods items can be taken away at the point of delivery free of charge, but if you subsequently decide to return the products, it may take up to 28 days for collection (40 days for more remote areas) and a charge of £60.00 will be made. Non-heavy goods can also be returned to our shop. Please note that heavy goods items cannot be returned to the shop. Please call us on 0845 676 9779 to arrange returns of heavy goods.
Underneath then Mango Tree does not give refunds on the following items:
• Items returned after 28 days
• Damaged items not notified by telephone to us within 7 days
• Bespoke pieces

Colour and Specification Anomalies

Underneath the Mango Tree takes the utmost care to ensure that product information and colours on this site are accurate. Due to the limitations of the photographic processes, goods may not be exactly the same colour as shown.
We do our very best to ensure that all items you see on the site are as close as possible to the photographs shown, but, since they are not mass-produced, and many of them are either handmade from natural materials or hand-finished, slight variations in colour and size may occur from time to time. We hope that you understand this and appreciate the skill and craftsmanship required to make such high quality products.

Cancellation notice

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund for any item or service, apart from items personalised for you. You may cancel your order by sending us a letter, fax or e-mail cancellation at any time up to and including the seventh day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) after the day on which you receive your purchase.
